Afrin area A civilian and a faction leader were killed in Afrin

A civilian and a member of a Turkish armed group were killed in a clash in Afrin city (25 km north of Aleppo) in northern Syria.

The armed group, led by a man from Deir al-Zour, nicknamed “Abu Gamad al-Shuhil”, attacked two civilians who owned a gun from Deir al-Zour, also because of a dispute over right to seize a house where clash broke out between them.

The clash resulted killing of Majid al-Hassoun, a member of the group and the wounding of its leader, Abu Gamad.

This comes a day after kidnappers released a young woman from the city of Afrin after taking a ransom of 10,000 US dollars.

FSA (free Syrian army ) in Afrin has been accused of kidnapping, killing and stealing since it took control of the entire region in March with supporting of Turkish army.
