“Al-Samarqand Brigade” , loyal to Turkey, have arrested the young-man “Aboud al-Kif” at a checkpoint in the village of Al-Kareidiya east of al-Bab, to be taken to the city hospital after a few hours as a result of severe torture by members of this loyal Turkey’s faction.
