Fighter loyal to pro-Turkish Syrian factions raided village of Tal Sallur in Jandreis district of Afrin and arrested three civilians, including Muhammad Ahmad Najjar. They also stole an electric generator from a grove owned by Walid Sheikh Hamadeh in eastern part of village.
