Incidents of kidnapping and arresting of women in Afrin city have increased in recent times, and their families are later required to pay a ransom for their release. Although the Syrian factions of Turkey denies standing behind the assassination, but they bears the responsibility for the security chaos that is exploited by the “abductees”, although the parents do not exclude standing or the presence of elements behind them.
Yesterday, an Arab girl from the Umayrat tribe was abducted while she got out from her house in Afrin city to be released after a ransom was paid by her family, amounted to “five million Syrian pounds.”
Accusations were faced to Sultan Murad Division of kidnapping a girl named ‘Aisha Abdel Nasser, 20 years old’ from Mahmudiyah Zaidi neighborhood, to be released later after the payment of ransom.
Two women have been arrested / kidnapped two months ago from Zaidia neighborhood in Afrin. Women were also assaulted and abused, by Sultan Sulaiman Shah faction, or so-called Ammashat.
In Maidana village of Rajo district, Al Shamya Front arrested two women, Halima Mousa, 42 Kuleh Nuri, 38, for about two months ago on charges of dealing with YPG. They were taken to station prison near Medan Akbis village.
Demonstrations organized by women against the violations of the factions and the daily crimes committed by the Turkish forces.
