Said Mohammed Tatar, born 1965 in the village of Kondi Araban of the area of Ma’abtli in Afrin, passed away after days from his recovery at Kalis hospital in Turkey. It was due to wounds and severe injuries that he suffered from because of beatings and torture in the prisons of al-Fateh faction of the pro-Turkey battalions.
Said was arrested after a raid on his village a month ago.
