The child’s father Abdu Hanifi, Mustafa Hanifi, whose leg was amputated as a result of the Turkish bombing of Kobani and its countryside, confirmed that his son’s situation was critical, as was his family, several of whose members were also injured as a result of the bombing.

The statement by Mustafa Hanifi (from the village of Qeremox, east of Kobani), who talked , followed Turkish attacks on the town of Kobani and its eastern countryside, after which six members of his family were injured and his 4-year-old son Abdu lost one of his legs.

“I was sitting in front of my house and my kid was playing in front of the house, and all of a sudden we were hit by artillery shells in my family and two children and four women of my family were injured.”

Mustafa asserted, “The situation of his child Abdu, whose leg has been amputated, is critical, as well as that of his wife and sister, who were injured as a result of the bombing and transferred to a hospital in Raqqa city. My brother’s wife also placed her in danger and was taken to a hospital in Manbij city, as for the wife of my second brother, her condition is stable and she is receiving medical treatment at the Kobani city hospital, but the condition of her injured child, who is one and a half years old, is dangerous as the shrapnel entered his foot.

It is noteworthy that the city of Kobani was subjected to indiscriminate bombardment yesterday, Saturday, by the army of the Turkish occupation state, as a result of which 12 civilians, including women and children, were injured, and a citizen from the village of “Khani” was martyred.
