A secret underground prison run by the Ahrar al-Sharqiya, which is one of the Syrian factions that had previously fought under the banner of the Free Syrian Army.
The prison is located underground in the Blue Road area of the city of Al-Bab, which is heavily guarded by the notorious prison official known as Abu Hatem Chakra. In which there are detainees most of them civilians and they are kidnapped from the cities of Jarablous, al-Bab, Ezzaz and Afrin.
A ransom is allocated to release them through intermediaries. There were also torture and killing of a number of detainees in this prison.
