🟥 توثيق حقوقي | هجوم وحشي على مشفى خالد فجر – حي الشيخ مقصود، حلب

📍 المكان: مشفى خالد فجر (ياسين) – حي الشيخ مقصود، مدينة حلب

🎥 الحدث: فصائل وزارة الدفاع الحكومة السورية الإرهابية تشن هجومًا عنيفًا على مشفى خالد فجر، المرفق الصحي الوحيد في حي الشيخ مقصود، مستخدمة الطائرات المُسيرة والقنابل الغازية والمسيل للدموع، ما أدى إلى كارثة إنسانية وخطر إبادة جماعية بين المدنيين من نساء وأطفال وكبار السن.

⚠️ الوضع الإنساني:
• مئات الجرحى في خطر، بينهم نساء وأطفال وشيوخ.
• حالات اختناق متكررة داخل المشفى بسبب القصف والغاز.و مسيل دموع.
• العشرات من المدنيين ما زالوا محتجزين داخل المشفى، وسط مناشدات متكررة بوقف الهجوم وضمان حماية المدنيين والمصابين والكادر الطبي.

• الهجوم يشكل خرقًا صارخًا للقوانين والأعراف الدولية المتعلقة بحماية المنشآت الطبية والمدنيين في النزاعات المسلحة.
• المشفى يظل المرفق الصحي الوحيد في الحي، ما يجعل أي استهداف له جريمة حرب واضحة.

🎥 Incident: Armed factions of the Syrian government’s Ministry of Defense launched a violent attack on Khalid Fajr Hospital, the only healthcare facility in Sheikh Maqsoud, using drones, gas bombs, and tear gas, resulting in a humanitarian catastrophe and risk of mass casualties among civilians, including women, children, and the elderly.

⚠️ Humanitarian Situation:
• Hundreds of wounded civilians are at risk, including women, children, and elderly people.
• Repeated cases of suffocation inside the hospital due to shelling, gas, and tear gas.
• Dozens of civilians remain trapped inside the hospital, amid repeated appeals to halt the attack and ensure the protection of civilians, the injured, and medical staff.
