The video was sent to his parents to force them to pay a ransom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Another video has been published revealing that gunmen from &#8220;Suleiman Shah Brigade&#8221; tortured a Kurdish civilian named &#8220;Rizan Hassan&#8221; 50 years from of Sheikh al-Hadid area to extort his family and force them to pay a ransom.
