عثر أهالي قرية باتنته شمال مدينة إدلب على جثث 4 أشخاص، مقيدة الأيدي ومتعرضة لطلقات نارية في الرأس، وبعد الكشف تبين أنّهم لمدنيين من بلدة حارم تم قتلتهم لعدم دفع ذويهم الفدية مقابل الأفراج عنهم. كما وتم اغتيال الناشطين الإعلاميين البارزين رائد الفارس وحمود جنيد في مدينة كفرنبل من قبل ملثمين.
وفي مقاطع فيديو نشرت في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي يظهر معتقلين وهم يتعرضون للتعذيب وقطع الأصابع.
